Rentals are charged at pickup via Stripe Terminal. If a station malfunction prevents return, contact support@nolo.es within 24 hours for a full refund. No refunds for completed rentals where the powerbank was successfully returned. The €25 late fee is waived upon return of the device within 7 days with proof.
Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored by NOLO. Rental data (time, location, duration) is retained for billing purposes only. NOLO does not sell personal data.
